Add a burst of fresh flavor to your meals with dill aioli sauce. This creamy, herb-forward condiment pairs perfectly with sandwiches, vegetables, and meat.

Why I Love This Dill Aioli Recipe
Dill aioli is a simple yet delicious way to elevate any dish, with a creamy texture and a burst of herb-forward flavor. This sauce combines the classic elements of aioli of garlic and mayonnaise with the fresh, aromatic notes of fresh dill weed, creating a sauce that pairs so well with seafood, vegetables, and sandwiches.
Whether you’re planning a backyard picnic or just looking to add something special to a weeknight meal, this dill aioli recipe is an easy, delicious option that you can whip up in minutes.

Dill Aioli Sauce Ingredients
The ingredients for this dill aioli are easy to find and quick to mix together:
- Mayonnaise is often used as the base for any aioli sauce. You can buy it from the store or make your own mayonnaise right at home!
- Garlic is an essential component of aioli and adds the perfect flavor to the sauce.
- Dill weed is what provides the main flavor to this sauce. It’s a strong flavor, and is designed to complement the creamy texture of the mayonnaise.
- Capers add a briny component to the aioli, but can be left out if your personal preference does not favor them. Give it a try with the capers added, though!

Serve your dill aioli with crispy fries, use it as a spread on burgers, or drizzle it over roasted vegetables for a burst of flavor. It’s also perfect as a dip for shrimp or grilled fish, adding a contrast to the savory notes of the seafood.
Once you’ve tasted how much this simple sauce can make your favorite recipes better, you’ll be making it time and again!
Serving and Storage Suggestions
To serve: This dill aioli was originally created to be served on top of my recipe for salmon burgers, but it works so well on any number of sandwiches, burgers, or as a dip for vegetables.
To store: Any leftover sauce should be stored in an airtight container in the fridge. It should last for 7 to 10 days.
