Garlic Scape Chimichurri Sauce
Ingredients
- 10 garlic scapes
- 2 scallions
- ½ cup parsley chopped
- ½ cup cilantro chopped
- ½ cup fresh lemon juice
- ¾ cup olive oil
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- ¼ tsp red pepper flakes
Instructions
- Roughly chop the garlic scapes and scallions. Add them to a food processor. Add in the chopped parsley and cilantro. Squeeze in the lemon juice. - Secure lid on the processor and blend until smooth.
