Ingredients

  • 10 garlic scapes
  • 2 scallions
  • ½ cup parsley chopped
  • ½ cup cilantro chopped
  • ½ cup fresh lemon juice
  • ¾ cup olive oil
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes

Instructions 

  • Roughly chop the garlic scapes and scallions. Add them to a food processor. Add in the chopped parsley and cilantro. Squeeze in the lemon juice. Add in the olive oil, salt, and red pepper flakes.
    10 garlic scapes, 2 scallions, ½ cup parsley, ½ cup cilantro, ½ cup fresh lemon juice, ¾ cup olive oil, 1 tsp kosher salt, ¼ tsp red pepper flakes
  • Secure lid on the processor and blend until smooth.
