Sipping Chocolate

Ingredients
- 4 oz milk chocolate
- 4 oz semi-sweet chocolate
- 8 cups whole milk
Instructions
- Finely chop the chocolate and store in an airtight container for own use or wrap in bags for giving.4 oz milk chocolate, 4 oz semi-sweet chocolate
- To prepare sipping chocolate, heat up 1 cup milk (whole milk is best) until scalded and add 2-3 tablespoons prepared chocolate.8 cups whole milk
- Let melt for 2 minutes then stir until smooth.
