No-Bake S’mores Cake

Ingredients
- 10 whole graham crackers crushed into crumbs
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter melted
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 14-oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 7-oz jar marshmallow creme
- 1 tsp vanilla extract separated
- ¾ cup hot fudge sauce cooled
Instructions
- Prepare the crust: Mix together the graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into an 8 x 8-inch baking dish.10 whole graham crackers, 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- Prepare the cream mixture: In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream on high until at stiff peaks. Fold in the sweetened condensed milk, marshmallow creme, and vanilla extract until completely combined and no streaks remain.2 cups heavy cream, 1 14-oz can sweetened condensed milk, 1 7-oz jar marshmallow creme, 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Assemble: Pour the cream mixture over the graham crust. Then, pour the cooled fudge sauce over the cream mixture and use a knife to swirl them together.¾ cup hot fudge sauce
- Freeze for 6-8 hours until hardened. Then, cut and serve.
