Why I Love to Make This Sweet & Smoky Baked Brie
This may be the closest thing to a no-recipe-needed recipe that I have ever written. And that’s because, in this recipe, the Brie does all of the work.
In a lot of recipes, baked Brie consists of wrapping a round of this cheese in puff pastry, potentially adding in some jam, and baking it until the pastry is golden and the Brie is soft.
When putting together a large snack board, I find that Brie wrapped in pastry tends to look pretty sad quickly as people dig into it. Instead, I opt to bake the Brie in a ramekin, keeping the toppings simple.
Honey and chipotle powder are all that’s needed to really elevate this wheel of Brie.

Follow These Tips
Serving
Serve hot, right out of the oven, with sliced baguette, crackers, or apple slices. It works great on a charcuterie board or as a holiday appetizer.
Storage
Store leftovers tightly wrapped for up to 2 days in the refrigerator.
