Beet Hummus
Ingredients
- 1 cooked beet sliced
- 1 can chickpeas (with their liquid)
- ⅓ cup tahini
- 1 large clove garlic
- 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- ¼ tsp cumin
- ½ tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp goat cheese (optional for vegan option)
Instructions
- In a canister blender combine the beet, chickpeas, tahini, garlic, lemon juice, kosher salt, cumin, and black pepper.
