Combine and blend: In a food processor, combine the goat cheese, cream cheese, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, honey, garlic, parsley, thyme, salt, and black pepper. Process until the dip is smooth, 1-2 minutes. Scrape down the sides of the bowl to ensure even blending.
8 oz plain goat cheese, 2 oz cream cheese, ½ cup plain full-fat Greek yogurt, 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice, 2 tsp honey, 2 cloves garlic, 2 tsp chopped fresh parsley, 2 tsp chopped fresh thyme, ½ tsp kosher salt, ½ tsp freshly ground black pepper
