Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Butter a sheet pan and set it aside.
Make the custard: In a pie dish, whisk the eggs, orange zest, heavy cream, milk, maple syrup, salt, and cinnamon. Set aside.

Prepare the filling: In a separate bowl, mix the mascarpone cheese, orange juice, and raspberry jam until evenly combined.
