121-oz cancherry pie filling
½cupmaple syrup
1 ½tspground cinnamon
¼cupamaretto liqueuroptional
2tbspfresh lime juice
2tsplime zest
Instructions
In the bowl of a slow cooker or 6 qt saucepan, add the diced pineapple, apricots, pears, peaches, cherry pie filling, maple syrup, cinnamon, amaretto, and lime juice.
1 fresh pineapple, 2 15-oz cans apricot halves, 2 15-oz cans pear slices, 2 15-oz cans peach slices, 1 21-oz can cherry pie filling, ½ cup maple syrup, 1 ½ tsp ground cinnamon, ¼ cup amaretto liqueur, 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
If using a slow cooker, cook on low for 3-4 hours until warmed through and bubbling around the edges. If using the stovetop, cook over medium heat until warmed through and simmering, 12-18 minutes.
Garnish with fresh lime zest and serve warm or cold.
