Instructions
Preheat the oven to 325°F.
Make the glaze: In a small pan, combine the orange juice, marmalade, honey, chipotle peppers, and rosemary. Stir and bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce to a simmer and cook until the glaze is thick like syrup, 3-5 minutes. Remove from the heat.
⅓ cup fresh orange juice, ½ cup orange marmalade, ¼ cup honey, 1-2 chipotle peppers in adobo, 2 tsp minced fresh rosemary
Prep and bake the ham: Arrange the sliced ham into two rows in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Pour the glaze over the ham and cover with foil. Place in the preheated 325°F oven until the ham is warmed through, 20-25 minutes.
4 lbs boneless, cured ham quarters
Finish under the broiler: Remove the ham from the oven and turn the heat to broil. Remove the foil and place the ham under the broiler approximately 6 inches away. Broil until the glaze begins to caramelize, 2-3 minutes.

Notes
Slice before baking – It makes serving easier and helps the glaze soak into every piece.Use parchment under foil – This prevents foil from touching the food directly and keeps flavors clean.Baste during baking – Spoon a little extra glaze over the top before broiling for added shine and moisture.
