This garden mint tea is a delicious combination of green tea and mint. When steeped with lemon and optional honey, there's nothing that tastes more like summer!
In a large measuring glass, pour 4 cups of boiling water over the prepared mint leaves and tea bags. Steep for 20 minutes. If leaves are steeped too long, the tea will become bitter.
2 cups mint leaves, 6 cups water, 2 green tea bags
In a pitcher strain and discard leaves.
Add 2 cups cold water, juice of 1 lemon, honey, and ice.
