Why always settle for the same old beef burger? These easy turkey burgers are a lighter, more cost-effective option that will switch up your routine. Pair them with a homemade sauce made from ketchup, relish, and mayonnaise, and you'll have a delicious dinner!
In a large bowl, combine the turkey, eggs, scallion, Worcestershire sauce, neutral oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Using hands, combine the mixture well until evenly mixed.
2 pounds ground turkey, 2 large eggs, 1 teaspoon onion powder, 1 teaspoon garlic powder, 1 ½ teaspoons kosher salt, 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, 1 ½ tablespoons Worcestershire sauce, 2 scallion, 1 ½ tablespoons neutral oil
Portion mixture into 8 even balls. Form each ball into a patty, roughly 4 inches in diameter. The patties can be formed and stored in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
In a 12-inch skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of high-heat oil over medium heat (I use avocado oil). Working in batches, add 4 patties at a time to the hot oil. Cook until well browned on one side, 5 minutes. Flip over and cook until well browned on the opposite side, 5 minutes. Remove from the skillet and finish cooking the remaining patties. Serve with favorite burger toppings and burger sauce.
