Why always settle for the same old beef burger? These easy turkey burgers are a lighter, more cost-effective option that will switch up your routine. Pair them with a homemade sauce made from ketchup, relish, and mayonnaise, and you'll have a delicious dinner!
In a large bowl, combine the turkey, eggs, scallion, Worcestershire sauce, neutral oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Using hands, combine the mixture well until evenly mixed.
Portion mixture into 8 even balls. Form each ball into a patty, roughly 4 inches in diameter. The patties can be formed and stored in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.
In a 12-inch skillet, heat 2 tbsp of high heat oil over medium heat (I use avocado oil). Working in batches, add 4 patties at a time to the hot oil. Cook until well browned on one side, 5 minutes. Flip over and cook until well browned on the opposite side, 5 minutes. Remove from the skillet and finish cooking the remaining patties. Serve with favorite burger toppings.
For the sauce
Combine the ketchup, mayonnaise, and pickle relish. Stir to combine and serve with the turkey burgers.
