This iced shaken espresso recipe made right at home is the perfect super smooth coffee drink. Plus, it can be totally customized to be exactly what you love!
Prepare the glass: In a glass, pour the brown sugar (or date syrup). Prepare the espresso and add it to the glass. The heat will melt the date syrup or brown sugar.
2 tsp light brown sugar (or date syrup), 1 double shot espresso
Shake: After 30 seconds, fill the glass with ice cubes. Place a lid on top and shake for 10-20 seconds.
1 cup ice
Serve: Remove the lid and pour in any milk of your choice. Serve and enjoy!
