Instructions
Place the grated cucumber in a towel, squeeze, and discard the excess liquid. Then, place the cucumber in a bowl.

To the bowl, add the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, dill, mint, salt, and pepper. Whisk until combined and refrigerate until ready to use.
