Instructions
In a bowl, combine the avocados, lime juice, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mash until the avocados are slightly mashed but still chunky.
4 ripe avocados,
lime juice from 1 lime,
lemon juice from ½ lemon,
1 tsp kosher salt,
½ tsp black pepper
Add the sweet corn, jalapeño, red onion, and cilantro. Mix until well combined. Taste and adjust for seasoning. Serve immediately.
