There's nothing better than a crispy restaurant-style Brussels sprout appetizer, but they're tricky and cumbersome to make at home. No one wants to lug out a fryer! These oven-fried honey Brussels sprouts are perfectly crisp and utterly delicious!
Preheat oven to 425°F. If using a convection oven, preheat to 400°F.
In a bowl, toss the prepared Brussels sprouts with the oil, honey, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Toss to evenly coat all of the Brussels sprouts. Transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Place in the preheated oven and roast until the tops are becoming browned, 8-12 minutes. Remove from the oven and turn the Brussels sprouts over to ensure even browning. Return to the oven and continue to roast until all sides are evenly golden or deep golden brown, 8-12 minutes.
