Plain guacamole made from traditional ingredients is terrific! But when tropical fruit is added in, it's a showstopper! This tropical guacamole has both mango and pineapple, which makes it a bright, citrus-filled dip that's perfect to pair with chips or anything else!
In a medium bowl, add the scooped avocado pulp, salt, pepper, lime juice, cilantro, and red onion. Using a fork or mashing tool, mash the ingredients together until it forms a chunky paste.
Add in the prepared mango and pineapple and stir to combine. Serve immediately.
